Dave Bieniek has over twenty years of supply chain experience in several foodservice channels, including the restaurant (regional and national chains), grocery, cruise, and institutional industries.
He consulted for a leading cruise line, where he established a formal sourcing process for the purchasing department and developed category strategies, resulting in savings of $3M (17%). Dave also led the successful rollout of a national broadline distribution transition for 350 franchised restaurants.
Dave started Jax Source in 2019 to provide supply chain consulting services for the foodservice industry. Jax Source uses a tailored approach to develop client-specific sourcing strategies to optimize costs and improve profit margins.
